Yesterday I started my Spanish classes! I am in a Spanish culture class (FLSP 461) that my professor from NIU teaches, and a Spanish composition class (FLSP 302) that a professor from the university here teaches. I like both classes a lot so far. Yesterday in my culture class, we went to an army museum in Toledo. The museum is huge and was interesting to me because I visit a lot of historical museums in the U.S. Last night, some other NIU students and I went to a discoteca! Our experience was funny because we were the only group there, but I still had fun. I’m feeling good here so far!

¡Ayer empecé mis clases de español! Estoy en una clase de cultura (FLSP 461) que mi profesor de NIU enseña, y una clase de composición (FLSP 461) que una profesora de la universidad me enseña. Me gusta los dos mucho. Ayer en mi clase de cultura, nos fuimos a un museo de ejército. El museo es muy grande y fue interesante a mí porque visito muchos museos de la historia en los EEUU. La noche pasada, otros estudiantes y yo fuimos a una discoteca en Toledo. La experiencia fue cómica porque nuestro grupo fue el sólo grupo que estaba en la discoteca, pero me divertí. Estoy contenta aquí.
