One of the best things to do in a city like Toledo is explore. On Sunday, two of my friends and I went to some new places in Toledo. We went to a pretty museum that had lots of works of art as well as historical items. We also visited the army museum. I went to the museum with my culture class once before, but I didn’t see the gardens there, so Sunday we visited the gardens of the museum. The view there was incredible! I took a lot of photos and we spent a lot of time there, admiring the nature as well as the view. After that, we left the museum and, since it was really hot outside, bought ‘granizados.’ A ‘granizado’ is a popular drink here made with lemon and ice. We like them a lot, and I had a lot of fun yesterday overall.

Una de las cosas mejores para hacer en una ciudad como Toledo es explorar. El domingo, yo y dos de mis amigos fuimos a lugares nuevos en Toledo. Fuimos a un museo bonito que tiene muchas obras de arte y cosas históricas. Además, visitamos al museo del ejército. Fui al museo con mi clase de cultura una vez antes, pero no vi los jardines. El domingo visitamos los jardines del museo y la vista fue increíble. Tomé muchos fotos, y pasamos mucho tiempo allí, admirando la naturaleza y la vista. Después, salimos del museo y, porque hacía mucho calor, compramos unos granizados. Un granizado es una bebida popular aquí de limón y hielo. Nos los gustan mucho, y me divertí ayer.
